This is my latest 3d effort, its a portrait of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. It was created using 3dsmax, Zbrush and photoshop. I really wanted to achieve a good likeness. This is a new image that I finished over the weekend, it's a model of Brandon Routh from Superman returns. The focus was to create a good likeness and a sense of realism. I spent a lot of time on the textures, it was very important that the skin look real, especially on his hands. I did a lot of work on the uv layout, there had to be very little texture distortion, since the pattern was tiled across the entire costume. I also put a lot of effort into the sculpt to make sure that the structure and form of the model looked right.

These are a couple of pages that I did for an art competition on Digital Webbing. The challenge was to create a 3 panel brawl between the Thing and Juggernaut.
